1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3 c. milk 2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Chopped nuts Bake 1 package cake mix according to directions on the box in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan for 15 minutes. Cool. Spread crushed pineapple on cake. Mix cream cheese with milk and add vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Spread on top of pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip and chill at least 4 hours. Sprinkle with nuts and serve. |
