ZUCCHINI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced zucchini squash
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. peeled, diced tomato or 1 can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. cream style corn
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in layers in casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Should check at 20 minutes.
