HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water, room temp.
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and place in quart glass microwave bowl. Stir in water and cook on full power for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave. Stir halfway through cooking time. Blend in butter. Cook again for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir halfway through cooking time. Blend in vanilla. Stir thoroughly. Use immediately or store in refrigerator for later use. Makes 1 cup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
