SIMPLE POTATO SALAD 
20 lg. potatoes
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 lg. jar dill pickles
1 lg. jar salad dressing
1 med. purple onion

Peel potatoes, cut in cube sizes. Boil until soft. Boil 1 1/2 dozen eggs until done. Cut pickles up into cube sizes and cut your onion up small sizes into a large bowl. Then mix potatoes and eggs with your other ingredients. Chill 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator.
