INDONESIAN FRIED RICE 
Cooked rice
Onions
Butter
Cooked chicken
Cooked ham
Corn oil
Salt & pepper
Soy sauce
Curry powder
Eggs
Tomatoes

In large skillet heat 4 tablespoons butter and 4 tablespoons corn oil. Add 2 medium onions, finely chop and cook until golden. Add 4 tablespoons chicken, diced and 4 tablespoons ham, diced. Saute gently 5 minutes. Add 4 cups cold cooked rice; mix well. When rice is warm add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon curry powder, salt and ground pepper to taste. Cook gently, stir frequently until mixture is heated through.

In skillet heat 2 tablespoons butter. Add the eggs and make a thin omelet. Turn it on board and cut into thin strips. Slice tomatoes. Put rice on heated platter, place strips of omelet over top. Surround with slices of tomato.
