WASSAIL 
4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
4 c. apple cider
1 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. whole cardamom seeds, crushed
2 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
1 tsp. whole cloves
1/4 tsp. salt

Pour juices into 20-cup electric percolator. Place remaining ingredients in basket. Allow to go through perk cycle. Serve hot.

Yield: 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
