CHICKEN SCALLOPINI 
4 half chicken breasts
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
4 thin lemon slices, optional

Remove skin and bones from chicken breasts. Mix flour, garlic salt and paprika. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Brown chicken in butter in 10 inch skillet. Remove chicken and place in baking dish. Stir water, lemon juice and bouillon into skillet, loosening cooked particles on bottom.

Heat on low for 1 minute, add to chicken in baking dish. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add lemon slices to chicken if desired.
