BAKED OYSTERS AND BACON 
24 oysters
6 strips bacon
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Allow 6 oysters for each person. Remove oysters from shell and drain. Place each oyster on a half shell with a small piece of bacon on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and chopped parsley. Bake in a hot 500 degree oven for 10 minutes and serve at once in the shell.
