3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped bananas
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

(Double if you like lots of frosting.) 4 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 lb. confectioners' sugar

Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixed. Do not beat. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan.
