LAYERED JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
2 1/2 to 3 bananas
1 c. drained crushed pineapple, save juice
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water

Take 2 packages Jello, add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Then add marshmallows, stir until dissolved. Add cold water and pineapple and bananas. Let set until firm. Then top with following.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 beaten egg yolks

Boil this until thick. Stir all the time. Let cool. Then fold into 1/2 pint whipped cream. Top Jello with this.
