CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 lb. sharp or med. sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 lb. Jack cheese (shred both cheeses)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can bean dip
1/2 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. green onions, chopped including top
20 drops hot pepper sauce or to taste

In large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Reserve 1 cup shredded Jack and Cheddar cheese. Add remaining cheeses to cream cheese. Mix in sour cream, bean dip, taco seasonings mix and green onions. Season to taste with hot pepper sauce.

Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with reserved cheeses on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 12 to 15. If made the night before, do not add onions until ready to bake.
