HAM AND CHEESE ROLLUPS 
Med. sized flour tortillas
Soft cream cheese
Thinly sliced ham
Green table onions

Clean onions, cut off bulb end and discard. Spread tortilla with cream cheese (completely cover). Place ham on tortilla (one or two slices) covering all but 1 inch. In the center put green stalk of onion on tortilla. Start rolling at edge with ham, ending up with plain cream cheese end which acts as a glue. Place seam down and slice (approximately 1 inch thick) and arrange on platter so the green onion shows.
