CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

Pour over batter.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
