WORKING WOMAN'S OMELET 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 slices cheese (your choice)
3-4 tbsp. bacon bits
Season salt & pepper to taste
Onions (opt.)
Ham, chopped (opt.)
Mushrooms (opt.)

Beat the eggs with the milk. Heat greased pan on high until hot, pour in egg mixture. Reduce heat to low medium. As eggs become firm on bottom, add other ingredients, saving cheese to top. Do not scramble! After all ingredients start to melt together, flip 1/2 of omelet on top of the other half. After these melt together, remove from heat. 1 to 2 servings.
