NEW POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS 
6-8 new potatoes
1 lb. fresh green beans, cooked & drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil

Boil potatoes in their jackets. Meanwhile, brown onion in oil. When potatoes are tender, peel under cool water and cut up. Combine with green beans. Pour onion-oil mixture over potatoes and beans. Serve hot. For variety, add 1 tablespoon vinegar to cooked onions. Chill and serve as a salad. Serves 4 to 6.
