HOT VIRGINIA DIP 
8 oz. chopped pecans
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. softened cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
8 oz. minced dried beef

Saute pecans in butter and put aside. Mix all other ingredients and put in serving dish. Top with pecans and refrigerate until serving. Heat in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
