CHERRY CHEESE DESSERT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
3 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. and 1 sm. box cream cheese
2 boxes Dream Whip, whipped
1 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST: Combine graham crackers, gelatin, sugar, and butter and press into a pan. I make this crust just like graham cracker pie crust. I think it is better to use a little more sugar, and to add a little cinnamon to the crumbs. Bake the crust at 350 degrees until lightly brown.

FILLING: Mix remaining ingredients. Whip until stiff. Fold on low speed of mixer. Pour into a cooled pie shell. Top with instant cherry pie filling. Chill for 24 hours.
