BAKED LIVER & ONIONS 
Liver
Onions
1 can mushroom soup
Salt and pepper, to taste

Pound liver with a mallet between two sheets of wax paper. Cut into serving pieces, flour each piece and brown. Put into a baking dish. Slice onions over liver. Dilute soup with 1/2 can of water. Pour over liver and onions and bake 1 hour in 350°F oven (covered).
