TUNA MINESTRONE 
1 (8 oz.) tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. chicken broth and seasoning mix
2 oz. sliced carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1 1/3 c. cooked enriched tubettini, drained
1 c. frozen cut green beans
1 c. sliced zucchini

Combine tomato juice, water, chicken broth mix, carrots, salt, basil and bay leaf in saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add tubettini, green beans, zucchini and tuna. Return to a boil. Cover partially and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until green beans are done.
