VEGETABLE STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
Fresh sliced okra
Fresh sliced squash
1 pkg. stew seasoning
4 potatoes, cut up
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 onion
1 can tomato paste
3 cans tomato sauce
Water

Brown stew meat in 2 tablespoons oil. Add seasoning. Add tomato sauce and paste. Mix well. Add vegetables. Add cut up onion and bell pepper. Add water as much as needed. Heat to boiling. Turn down on low and cook 45 minutes to an hour until vegetables are done and soup is thick. Serve with cornbread.
