1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. (scant) dry mustard
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded apples

Beat cream until smooth. Add other ingredients in the order given. Chill until serving time. Garnish with, just crushed but not fine, salted peanuts, about 3-4 tablespoons. Serve on lettuce leaf if desired. Allow 15 minutes to prepare.
