EASY CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
7 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk, cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Add spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms, mix lightly, spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheeses. Continue baking until cheese is melted. 6 to 8 servings.
