OLD TIMEY LEMON CHEESE FROSTING 
8 lemons, grate the rind of 3
3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/3 c. water

Squeeze the lemons and grate the rind of 3. Mix all the ingredients together. Cook until mixture comes to a boil. Let the mixture cook until it turns a clear golden (it thickens). Let the frosting cool slightly before frosting your favorite yellow layers cake. This recipe makes enough frosting to frost 6 layers.
