MARDI GRAS SALAD 
1 can corn
1 can sm. green peas
1 can French style green beans
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vinegar

Drain juices from all ingredients; mix in plastic bowl with cover. Marinate in refrigerator at least 12 hours.
