3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1/3 c. nuts
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. chopped bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix all ingredients together. Do not beat. Pour into floured tube pan or 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix and spread over cake. Very good.
