HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. (Do not beat.) Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and add bananas. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour (approximately).

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put on cake.
