SPICY KIELBASA 
3 lb. smoked kielbasa
1 small bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce
1 small jar Dijon mustard
1 jar grape jelly
Tabasco sauce to taste

Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Place in crock-pot with remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 6 hours.

Variation: Can use any smoked sausage, low-fat or turkey variety.
