BUTTERSCOTCH NOODLE COOKIES 
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Melt over water in a pan, peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Then stir in marshmallows and chow mein noodles. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
