NUTTY NOODLE CRUNCH | |
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. peanuts 1/2 c. toasted whole almonds 1/2 c. lg. flaked coconut 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla extract Combine noodles, raisins, peanuts, almonds and coconut. Heat butter and honey to boiling; remove mixture; toss to coat evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Loosen from pan; cool. Store in airtight container. |
