SWEET POTATOES MARSALA 
3 lg. sweet potatoes
6 slices canned pineapple rings
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Marsala wine

Boil potatoes unpeeled 25-30 minutes until tender. Peel and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange rings in baking pan with sweet potatoes on top. Heat butter, sugar and Marsala wine just until boiling. Pour on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Baste often.
