RHUBARB BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
6 c. rhubarb
6 egg yolks, beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. cream or canned milk
1/4 tsp. salt
6 beaten egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend first 3 ingredients as pie crust. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Mix together rhubarb, egg yolks, sugar, flour, milk, and salt; pour over crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Mix together last 3 ingredients and spread with chopped nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
