HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1 sm. can peas, drained
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water

Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in the cooker. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour into cooker. Cook and set to low for 6 to 8 hours. (High for 2 to 4 hours, stirring constantly.)
