CAROL'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cubed cooked chicken 1 c. chopped cooked broccoli 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 pkg. buttermilk biscuits 1 c. sour cream 1 egg 1 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. salt In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine chicken, broccoli, soup, onion, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until brown and bubbly. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Separate biscuits and put on top of casserole. (I just use nine biscuits, three rows of three.) Blend remaining ingredients and pour over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden brown. (Forest) |
