2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. grated sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs and sugar until light and creamy. Add other ingredients and pour into buttered pan or glass baking dish. Cook 45 minutes in moderate oven at 350 degrees. When it browns on top, stir and let brown again. This is an excellent dish served with ham. Serves 6.
