FRUIT TARTS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury ready pie crust
1 c. white chocolate pieces
1 pt. strawberries or raspberries or blueberries
Whipped cream

Unfold pie crusts; cut in rounds about 3-4 inches. Place on cookie sheet. Prick all over with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Cool. Melt white chocolate in microwave oven; spread on pie crust rounds. Top with berries and whipped cream.

NOTE: May use canned pie filling if berries not available.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
