BLACK CHERRY SALAD 
1 can big black cherries
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. nut meats
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. bottle stuffed olives, sliced

Drain cherries. Add water to cherry juice and lemon juice to make 1 3/4 cup liquid. Heat, pour over Jello and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add cherries, olives, nut meats. Pour into 1 mold, or individual ones. Chill until firm. Also pretty when put in shallow pan and cut in squares. Serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 6-8.
