BANANA MILKSHAKE FOR ONE 
1 ripe banana
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. lowfat yogurt

Place banana, orange juice and skim milk in blender. Blend 1 or 2 seconds until smooth. Stir in yogurt. Chill, if desired, then serve.
