NO BAKE CHEESECAKE | |
8 oz. cream cheese 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk Graham cracker crumbs 1 box lemon Jello 4 or 5 tbsp. real lemon juice 2 c. sugar Mix lemon Jello with 1 cup hot water. Let stand in refrigerator until slightly set. Put evaporated milk in a bowl and place in freezer until frozen. Mix together sugar, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Whip Jello and add to mixture. Whip evaporated milk and add to mixture. Pour over graham cracker crumbs. Can be made in long Tupperware container. |
