HUMMIS SPREAD | |
1 can chick peas, drained (save a little juice) 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. sesame seed paste, tumin 1/2 tsp. salt Start cuisinart, add garlic, parsley and then other ingredients. Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator. Serve with pita bread. Keeps 1 month. |
