CRESCENT HOUSE HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed 3/4 c. slivered almonds 2 tbsp. grated onion 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips Combine all but the cheese and chips. Place in 9"x13" pan. Combine cheese and chips and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
