2 tsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. mayonnaise salad dressing
Dash Tabasco sauce
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
25 thin slices salami

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except salami; mix well. make 5 stacks of fine salami each spreading cheese mixture between slices. Wrap and chill. Cut each stack into 6 wedges. Serve on cocktail pick. 30 appetizers.
