CROCKED LAMB SHANKS 
3 lamb shanks
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. red wine
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on "low" 8 hours. Serve with brown rice (pour some of the cooking liquid over the rice). Serves 2 to 3.
