1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lbs. confectioners sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt butter and cheese together. Put sugar and cocoa together. Pour in butter and cheese. Put in 9x13 well-buttered pan.
