LEREINES CHICKEN DIVAN 
Broccoli crowns, steamed
Boneless chicken breasts, breaded
1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown chicken breasts until almost done. Lay broccoli in bottom of a roasting pan. Lay chicken on top of broccoli.

Make cheese sauce; melt butter in saucepan then add flour to make a rue. Gradually add milk. When hot add the Cheddar stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees until sauce is bubbly.
