1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal

FROSTING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Mix sugar and syrup over medium heat. Bring to barely a boil, stirring constantly. Then mix with peanut butter and cereal. Pat into a greased 9"x13" cake pan. Let cool.

FROSTING: Melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread over bars.
