1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
14 oz. can condensed milk
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl combine the cake mix, oil and egg; beat until crumbly. Reserving 1 1/2 cups of the crumbs mixture, press the remainder on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until chips melt. Pour evenly over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly over the top. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
