MIXED NUT BARS | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 (12 oz.) can mixed nuts 6 oz. butterscotch chips 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. white syrup Blend flour, butter, and brown sugar (may use pie crust blender to mix together). Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until edges tan. Cover with the mixed nuts (evenly). Melt the butterscotch chips, butter, and syrup. Pour over the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Watch carefully. Remove from oven when bubbles appear. Cool and cut with sharp knife. |
