ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. steamed raisins
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients together and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 by 12 inch pan.

Bars use a 10 1/2 by 15 inch pan and bake 20 minutes.

ZUCCHINI CAKE FROSTING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Bring ingredients to a boil. Let cool a bit then add 1 cup or more of powdered sugar until right thickness.
