1 pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. celery, sliced 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste Prepare dinner as directed. Brown meat. Add celery, green pepper and onions. Cook until tender. Stir in corn, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Add the dinner; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserold. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6. A good make ahead casserole! |
