CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese slices
1 can biscuits

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Add salt and pepper. Stir in catsup and tomato sauce. Turn into 8" square pan. Top with cheese then biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
